Una via di Napoli a Guido Capozzi
Un dibattito nell’Archivio di Stato e l’intestazione di una strada al Vomero in memoria del grande giurista partenopeo, magistrato e maestro del diritto ai più alti livelli
L’Archivio di Stato di Napoli dedica un evento a Guido Capozzi, figura straordinaria di magistrato e docente di Diritto civile.
Nato a Napoli, Capozzi (1918-2014), ha segnato profondamente il panorama del Diritto civile italiano. Presidente onorario della Corte di Cassazione, il giurista partenopeo ha dedicato oltre cinquant’anni alla formazione di avvocati, magistrati e notai, attraverso corsi specialistici per la preparazione ai concorsi notarili e di magistratura.
Tra le sue opere più importanti si annoverano Successioni e donazioni (1983), Dei singoli contratti (1988) e Incapaci e impresa (1992), edite da Giuffrè, che sono ancora oggi testi fondamentali nella giurisprudenza italiana.
La prima parte dell’evento consiste in un convegno, previsto il 4 ottobre 2024, alle 17:00, presso la Sala Filangieri dell’Archivio di Stato di Napoli (via del Grande Archivio 5).
Parteciperanno al dibattito illustri personalità del mondo giuridico e accademico. In introduzione dei lavori, i saluti istituzionali di Candida Carrino, direttrice dell’Archivio di Stato di Napoli, Laura Lieto, vicesindaca di Napoli e presidente della Commissione toponomastica e Paolo Aponte, notaio e presidente del Consiglio notarile di Napoli.
Seguiranno gli interventi presieduti dal magistrato Luigi Scottie tenuti da:
• Ettore Ferrara, magistrato
• Giovanni Verde, avvocato
• Sabatino Santangelo, notaio
• Francesco Barra Caracciolo, avvocato
• Giuseppe Crimaldi, giornalista
• Nicola Campoli, economista di territorio
L’evento è una riflessione sull’eredità lasciata da Guido Capozzi nel mondo del diritto e un ricordo del suo contributo nell’insegnamento e nella formazione di generazioni di professionisti.
Il 5 ottobre 2024, alle 11, si terrà invece la cerimonia di intitolazione di Via Guido Capozzi (già Vicoletto Domenico Cimarosa) nel quartiere Vomero. Alla cerimonia sarà presente la vicesindaca Laura Lieto.
